Cedar Plank Salmon with Dill Sauce

  1. Immerse plank in water, placing a weight on top of plank to keep it submerged.
  2. Soak at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Meanwhile, mix next 5 ingredients until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate dill sauce until ready to use.
  5. Mix dressing and sugar; pour half over fish in shallow dish.
  6. Turn to evenly coat fish.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  9. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  10. Place fish, skin-side down, on plank; place on barbecue grate.
  11. Grill 20 min.
  12. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture.
  13. Serve with dill sauce.
