Easy Tomato Baked Chicken
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast (4 4-oz. breasts)
- 14-1/2 oz. tomatoes, diced, canned, drained
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Reduced Fat dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic clove, chopped
- 3 cups spaghetti, cooked
- 4 kiwis
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- PREHEAT oven to 425F.
- Place onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
- COMBINE tomatoes, dressing and garlic powder; pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- BAKE 30 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through (165F).
- PLACE olive oil and garlic in pot.
- Add pasta and stir.
- Divide chicken and pasta into 4 equal portions and serve.
- COMPLEMENT each meal with one kiwi for dessert.
- SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) of water.
