Turmeric sofrito rice for forty

  1. Mix the broth, water, saffron infused oil, turmeric, saffron flower, amd salt to make it equal
  2. Add 5 cups of rice to 4 pots.
  3. Add quarter cup of olive oil to 4 pots.
  4. Heat coating all the rice when heated.
  5. Add water broth mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil add quarter cup of sofrito to each pot.
  7. Keep cooking till liquid craters form bubbling through rice cover remove from heat.
  8. Let sit undisturbed for 20 minutes.
  9. Serve hope you enjoy!
