Orange BBQ Beef Short Ribs

  1. Heat grill to medium-low heat.
  2. Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
  3. Mix broth, barbecue sauce and drink mix until blended; pour half over ribs.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Repeat to make second packet.
  7. Grill 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min.
  8. or until ribs are done.
  9. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
  10. Transfer ribs to platter; reserving sauce in packets.
  11. Skim fat from sauce; serve with ribs.
