Vegan Cranberry-Walnut Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together and gently add to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir only until ingredients are mixed.
  4. Fold in walnuts & cranberries.
  5. Bake at 350F until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - about 30 minutes.
