Oven-Fried Honey Chicken

  1. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar.
  2. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl.
  3. Set bowls aside.
  4. Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer.
  5. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs; place in pan.
  6. Bake at 375F (190C) F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
