Yummy Tarter Sauce

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons green onions
• 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon chopped capers
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons garlic
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 14 tablespoon salt
• 14 tablespoon black pepper
• 12 teaspoon cayenne powder

1. Finely dice all whole ingredients.
2. Mix all together and put into glass sealable jar.
3. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
