Garlic Salsa
- 6 medium fresh tomatoes, ripe and firm
- 1 medium Spanish onion
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 fresh avocado
- 10 slices jalapenos, from a jar of jalapenos (minced)

- dice up tomatoes, pull seeds out first and core.
- cut up onion dice into small pieces 1/8 inch.
- minch up garlic, real small.
- cut up jalepenos into tiny little pieces.
- cut up 3/4 bunch of cilantro.
- about 1/2 cup - cut up fine.
- cut lime in half, squeeze out all juice from both half, tum inside out and squeeze lime pieces into the salsa.
- make sure you pick the seeds out.
- cut up 1 to two avocados - larger pieces, about 1/4 inch or larger.
