Cheese Biscuits with Fresh Garlic Butter

  1. Stir biscuit mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.
  2. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  3. Drop dough by teasponfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees until golden.
  5. Mix butter and garlic and brush on hot biscuits, then serve.
