Cheese Biscuits with Fresh Garlic Butter
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 23 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic minced
- Stir biscuit mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.
- Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
- Drop dough by teasponfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees until golden.
- Mix butter and garlic and brush on hot biscuits, then serve.
