Sweet Potato Pie

• 1 lb raw sweet potato
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 12 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

1. Boil potato and mash.
2. Add butter, sugar, and spices.
3. Beat eggs and mix with milk.
4. Add to potato mixture.
5. Add vanilla and put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed.
6. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 deg.
7. for 55 to 60.
