Very Berry Strawberry Bread

• 3 cups sifted flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tbsp. cinnamon
• 3 lg. eggs, beaten
• 1 cup oil
• 1-1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen sweetened strawberries
• Cream cheese, softened

1. Stir dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients except cream cheese.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into 2 greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pans.
5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until it tests done.
6. Let cool several minutes before removing from pan.
7. To serve, slice bread and spread cream cheese between 2 slices.
