Bay Delight

  1. Preheat oven to 150C.
  2. Crush biscuits and mix with the butter, press mix into a swiss roll tin.
  3. Break chocolate bars into pieces, mix with the nuts and cover biscuit base.
  4. Drizzle over the condensed milk and top with the coconut.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, cool then refrigerate overnight.
