Gourmet Bacon Mac & Cheese by @sweetsoaps
- 1 lb pasta, your choice
- 1 lb smoked gouda cheese
- 12 lb American cheese (or other favorite)
- 1 12 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 -3 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 lb bacon
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup cheese, shredded, for topping
- Chop bacon into small pieces and get cooking.
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Melt cheese & butter in milk.
- Add flour to melted cheese to thicken.
- Combine cheese, pasta and tomatoes and put into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon, bread crumbs and shredded cheese on top of pasta.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
