Buttermilk Potato Bread Recipe

  1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer, add in potato flakes w/ liquid ingredients.
  2. Process on BASIC-WHITE bread cycle, use medium/normal crust setting.
  3. Don't USE delayed-bake feature.
  4. NOTE: Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing, it should form a soft, smooth ball around the blade.
  5. If dough is too stiff or possibly dry, add in additional LIQUID, 1 TSP at a time, till dough is of right consistency.
  6. If dough is too soft or possibly sticky, add in additional FLOUR, 1 TSP at a time.
