Spanish Rice and Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In an 8 X 10-inch casserole, combine all ingredients, except shrimp.Stir and cover.
  3. Bake for one hour, stirring half-way through baking time.
  4. Uncover, add shrimp and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
