Creamy Polenta with Gorgonzola Cheese

  1. Add the cream, Gorgonzola, and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper to the freshly made polenta while it is still in the saucepan, and stir until the cheese melts.
  2. Season the polenta with more salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the polenta to a bowl and serve.
