Golden Glazed Chicken
- 2 each onions sliced
- 4 each chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 cups stir fry cooking sauce
- Spread onions in bottom of a lightly greased 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
- Arrange chicken on top.
- Stir curry powder into the jar of Oriental Sauce, and then pour sauce over chicken breasts.
- Bake, uncovered at 375F (190C) F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
- Baste 2 or 3 times during cooking.
