Mexican Beef Salad

  1. For each serving: Toss 2 cups greens with 1/4 cup each olives, tomatoes and dressing; place on serving plate.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup taco beef and 1/4 cup each cheese and onions.
  3. Garnish with 1 Tbsp.
  4. sour cream, if desired.
