Mexican Beef Salad
- 6-1/4 gal. Torn mixed salad greens
- 3 qt. pitted black olives, drained
- 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 3 qt. KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 6-1/4 qt. Prepared taco beef
- 3 qt. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 qt. green onions, sliced
- 3 cups sour cream (optional)
- For each serving: Toss 2 cups greens with 1/4 cup each olives, tomatoes and dressing; place on serving plate.
- Top with 1/2 cup taco beef and 1/4 cup each cheese and onions.
- Garnish with 1 Tbsp.
- sour cream, if desired.
