Tomato Tartlets

  1. Heat oven to 180C.
  2. Pastry:.
  3. Combine ingredients in food processor until soft dough is formed.
  4. Press into greased patty pans.

  6. Sprinkle pastry cases with semolina.
  7. Layer tomato slices neatly on pastry.
  8. Sprinkle more semolina on top.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Sprinkle with basil and chives.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes til brown.
