Thai Chicken Recipe

  1. Bring to boil salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, molasses and water, stirring often.
  2. Keep hot.
  3. Combine chili pwdr, ginger and garlic pwdr in plastic bag.
  4. Add in chicken strips to bag and shake to coat.
  5. In skillet or possibly wok, stir-fry chicken in oil over meduim-high heat, 2-3 minutes.
  6. or possibly till cooked.
  7. Spoon sauce over rice on plates; arrange chicken and sprinkle with sesame seed.
  8. Optional: Garnish with green onion and chives.
