Hamon rollada con salsa

  1. Roll each slice of ham and hold them together with toothpick
  2. Place all listed veggies except onion in blender then add water, blend on high until smooth.
  3. Heat pan with oil.
  4. Add ham rolls 5-7 at a time depending on size of pan.
  5. Cook on each side allowing it to get golden brown then remove from oil and add next batch.
  6. Repeat step until all ham rolls are cooked.
  7. Once ham rolls are all cooked add them all back into the pan and alow to reheat about 2-4 minutes.
  8. Add salsa mix from blender and sliced onion.
  9. Allow to simmer together until onion is transparent.
  10. Salt to taste!
  11. Serve with spanish rice and refried beans for a complete meal.
  12. Enjoy..
