Chocolate covered strawberries

  1. heat half of the brown almond bark in microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Stir, then add 15 seconds and repeat until chocolate is smooth.
  3. Dip strawberries in chocolate then place them on wax paper to dry.
  4. Next do the same with the white chocolate.
  5. Now use a zip lock bag or sandwich bag and cut the corner, just a very small tip, pour some melted chocolate in the bag and squeeze it onto the strawberries.
  6. If the chocolate gets hard at any point you can always reheat it.
  7. Refrigerate when done to keep chocolate solid.
  8. When the strawberries have been sitting out, the juice will run.
  9. Its ok.
