Chocolate covered strawberries
- 1 lb strawberries
- 1 packages white almond bark
- 1 packages brown almond bark
- heat half of the brown almond bark in microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir, then add 15 seconds and repeat until chocolate is smooth.
- Dip strawberries in chocolate then place them on wax paper to dry.
- Next do the same with the white chocolate.
- Now use a zip lock bag or sandwich bag and cut the corner, just a very small tip, pour some melted chocolate in the bag and squeeze it onto the strawberries.
- If the chocolate gets hard at any point you can always reheat it.
- Refrigerate when done to keep chocolate solid.
- When the strawberries have been sitting out, the juice will run.
- Its ok.
