Cajun Gator With Green Peppercorn Sauce Recipe
- Alligator, (or possibly any meat or possibly seafood)
- 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. White pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp. Rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. Crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Flour Butter or possibly oil, (for frying) Brandy Green peppercorns Heavy cream
- Season gator (to your taste).
- Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Turn heat to high, place gator in skillet and saute/fry till moisture comes to the top of the gator.
- Turn gator over and continue to saute/fry for another minute.
- Add in brandy and flambe.
- Add in peppercorns and heavy cream, continue to cook till cream thickens.
- Enjoy!
