Smoked Salmon Appy. W/ Heat & Sweet
- 6 ounces smoked salmon fillets, flaked, not lox
- 3 ounces Chinese hot mustard
- 6 ounces mini gherkins
- 4 ounces water crackers, any plain delicate tasting cracker
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon or more of the mustard on a water cracker.
- Top with desired amount of smoked salmon.
- Top with a small gherkin.
- Enjoy!
