Nut Butter Cloud

• 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
• 4 ounces nonfat cottage cheese
• 1 (1 g) packet artificial sweetener

1. Microwave 2 T. natural peanut butter for 10 seconds.
2. Then mix with4 oz.
3. nonfat cottage cheese and one packet of no-calorie sweetener.
4. Freeze for 20 minutes before eating.
