Bhindi Bajhi (Spicy Okra)

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add to the onion and bay leaves and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the spices and fry.
  4. Wash and trim the bhindi, then chop into small pieces.
  5. Add to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Add 2 tsp.
  7. coriander.
  8. Heat for another minute, then serve.
