Olive Oil Basic Mix

• 11 cups all purpose flour (up to 3 cups whole wheat)
• 5 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 cup powdered milk
• 1 12 cups olive oil
• 12 cup toasted wheat germ
• 13 cup sugar

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. It should resemble coarse crumbs.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
4. Use in any recipe that calls for Bisquick.
