Orange Trifle - Tiramisu

  1. Combine juice & cointreau and dip each sponge finger into mixture to coat.
  2. Arrange half the soaked fingers in a serving dish.
  3. Chop jelly into squares.
  4. Top fingers with half of each the jelly, mandarins and custard.
  5. Repeat layers, Sprinkle with almonds & refrigerate until required.
