Japanese Hamburger Steak with Leftover Okara

  1. The okara dish
  2. Mix the leftover okara, meat, black pepper, and katakuriko thoroughly.
  3. Shape into a patty and dust with katakuriko.
  4. Heat a good amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburger steak until both sides are browned and crispy.
  5. When the oil begins to spit, cover with a lid.
  6. Once crispy, garnish with grated daikon radish and green onions.
  7. Top with ponzu sauce!
  8. You can also use leftover okara to make "Ketchup-Flavored Meat Balls"
