Vickys Balsamic Roast Pears
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, halved & cored
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp thyme leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 220C / 425F and line a baking tray
- Mix the marinade ingredients together - everything but the pears
- Coat the pears all over with the marinade and place on the baking tray
- Roast for 6 minutes, baste then roast for 9 minutes more
- Serve with poultry dishes
