Aloha BBQ Burger Sliders
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Chuck
- 23 cups Your Favorite Thick-style BBQ Sauce, Divided
- 3/4 teaspoons Your Favorite Steak Seasoning Blend
- 12 whole Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 3 slices Swiss Cheese, Cut Into Thirds
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Pineapple, Drained And Cut Into Thirds(grill Right Before Burger Assembly)
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Sliced Thin And Sauteed
- Non-stick Grilling Spray
- Spray the cold grate of your gas or charcoal grill with grilling spray and preheat to medium heat.
- Meanwhile combine the beef, half of the BBQ sauce and the steak seasoning in a large bowl.
- Shape mixture into 12 small patties.
- Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove them from the grill to a clean plate.
- Remove the rolls from the package and do not separate them (they should all be attached at this point).
- Cut rolls in half horizontally.
- Lightly spray cut sides with grilling spray and toast on the grill until golden.
- Remove them from the grill.
- You can grill the pineapple at this time as well.
- Spread remaining half of the BBQ sauce on the cut side of the rolls and separate rolls at this point.
- Place patties on bottom halves of rolls and top with cheese, grilled pineapple and red onion.
- Close tops of rolls and serve immediately.
