Sicilian Burger

  1. Mix mayonnaise and dressing until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spread bottom half of bun with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  4. (22 mL) mayonnaise mixture; cover with 1/3 cup (75 mL) lettuce, 1 burger, 1 cheese slice, 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) peppers, 1/4 cup (50 mL) mushrooms and top of bun.
