Sicilian Burger
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 24 each multi-grain hamburger buns, toasted
- 2 qt. romaine lettuce, shredded
- 24 each ground beef patties (4.5 oz./130 g each), cooked
- 24 slices Kraft Provolone Slices (0.5 oz./15 g each)
- 3 cups roasted red peppers, julienned
- 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
- Mix mayonnaise and dressing until blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread bottom half of bun with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- (22 mL) mayonnaise mixture; cover with 1/3 cup (75 mL) lettuce, 1 burger, 1 cheese slice, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) peppers, 1/4 cup (50 mL) mushrooms and top of bun.
