  1. Clean chicken thoroughly.
  2. Tie chicken up.so it doesn't get away.
  3. Mix honey and lime juice together.
  4. Inject mixture into chicken, use all the liquid.
  5. Spray chicken with pam, sprinkle all over chicken with spike seasoning.
  6. Cook for hour and a half.
  7. Chefs note.
  8. Spike seasoning is most major grocery stores.
  9. If you don't have a rotisserie, you can bake in oven for one hour at 375F
