The Best Rotisserie Chicken by Chef Don
- 4 each limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp spike seasoning
- 1 each whole chicken
- Clean chicken thoroughly.
- Tie chicken up.so it doesn't get away.
- Mix honey and lime juice together.
- Inject mixture into chicken, use all the liquid.
- Spray chicken with pam, sprinkle all over chicken with spike seasoning.
- Cook for hour and a half.
- Chefs note.
- Spike seasoning is most major grocery stores.
- If you don't have a rotisserie, you can bake in oven for one hour at 375F
