Spicy Salmon Cornmeal Cakes

  2. Cook salmon in a hot skillet and flake apart with a fork.

  4. Add salmon to a large bowl, along with green pepper, onion, garlic and seasonings.
  5. Stir to combine.

  7. Add cornmeal and yogurt and mix well.

  9. Form into patties and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  11. Sear patties in a hot skillet until golden brown.

  13. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
