Upside-Down Spinach Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix spinach, cheese and onion; spoon evenly into greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine cereal and baking powder in medium bowl.
  5. Add milk, egg product and margarine; mix well.
  6. Pour over spinach mixture.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
  9. Garnish as desired.
  10. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
