New Year's Eve Pomegranate and Blood Orange Mimosas

• 3 cups orange juice cold, prefer freshly squeezed blood orange, but regular orange juice works fine
• 3 cups pomegranate juice cold
• 750 millilitres sparkling wine 1 bottle
• 23 cup pomegranate seeds optional

1. Mix together orange and pomegranate juices in a pitcher.
2. Divide among 10 glasses.
3. Top each with sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
