Homemade Strawberry Shortcake Biscuits Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. shortening (I use part butter)
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2/3 c. lowfat milk

1. Pat out on floured board.
2. Cut 3/4 inch thick or possibly you can leave whole.
3. Bake on ungreased sheet at 450 degrees 10-14 min.
4. Watch.
5. Serve with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream.
