Tender Tips Recipe
- Bite size pcs tenderloin or possibly other steak
- Sliced or possibly whole mushrooms
- Garlic salt & pepper to taste
- Beef base, 2-3 tbsp.
- Cornstarch
- Rice or possibly noodles
- Saute/fry bite size pcs of tenderloin or possibly any type of steak in oil.
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter.
- Season both with garlic salt and pepper.
- Remove meat from pan, use drippings and add in water (to your liking) and beef base.
- Bring to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch and water, add in to mix and thicken to make gravy.
- Return meat and mushrooms to gravy.
- Simmer about 30 to 45 min and serve over rice or possibly noodles.
