Italian Monte Cristo

  1. Beat eggs with wire whisk until foamy.
  2. Add milk, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese; beat until well blended.
  3. For each serving: Top 1 bread slice with 4 salami slices and 2 provolone cheese slices.
  4. Melt butter on griddle set at 325F.
  5. Dip both sides of sandwich into egg mixture.
  6. Place on griddle; cook until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve immediately.
