Lemon Basil Pasta With Summer Squash
- 2 ounces dry whole wheat penne
- 12 cup zucchini, chopped
- 12 cup yellow squash, chopped
- 12 cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 14 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Boil pasta and drain.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
