Mushrooms and Pasta

  2. Saute the diced onion and garlic in olive oil for about 510 minutes, until the onion caramelizes slightly.

  4. Clean and slice mushrooms.
  5. Add to the sauteed onions.

  7. Add wine and let cook out for a few minutes, about 5.

  9. Cook the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.

  11. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  13. Add half the cheese mixture and half the mascarpone to the mushrooms; let cook for about 5 minutes.

  15. Add pasta into the mushroom mixture.
  16. Combine thoroughly.

  18. Add the rest of the cheese and mascarpone.
