Roasted New Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes about 15 minutes; drain, cool slightly.
  2. Quarter potatoes; coat cut sides with cooking spray.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and paprika.
  4. Dredge cut sides of potatoes in crumb mixture.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 4501 for 15 minutes.
