Pumpkin Bran Muffins
- 2 cups bran flakes
- 1 14 cups graham flour
- 34 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 12 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 egg whites
- 10 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 34 cup raisins
- 12 cup skim milk
- mix and bake 375 degrees 40 minutes.
