Oven Roasted Carrots

  1. Combine olive oil and herbs.
  2. Place carrots in a mixing bowl and toss with the herbed oil.
  3. Put all in roasting pan and roast at 450F for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy.
