Honey Ham and Monterey Jack Panini
- 1 teaspoon Country Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 2 slices Bread; Any Kind Will Do
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 6 slices Thin Sliced Honey Ham, (I Always Use Boars Head))
- 4 slices Thin Sliced Monterey Jack Cheese
- Heat grill pan or panini press to medium high heat.
- Mix ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Slather each piece of bread with butter on one side.
- Layer the ham, then cheese on one piece of bread, then spread the sauce on the other piece.
- Put together and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
