Healthy Chili
- 2 (12 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 (12 ounce) cansmixed beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn
- 1 diced onion
- 12 lb ground turkey
- 0.5 (3 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (can use Splenda)
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- 14 cup grated low-fat cheese
- Brown ground turkey with diced onion and a bit of salt and pepper and set aside.
- Mix tomatoes, beans, and corn in a large pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add turkey mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add brown sugar and taco seasoning and stir well.
- Keep on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream and/or low fat grated cheese.
