Smoky Salty Chicken Breasts
- 1 12 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 12 teaspoons ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon coarse sea salt, plus add'l for garnish
- 14 teaspoon fresh groud pepper
- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Heat oven to 375F Line small rimmed baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray.
- Combine all dry ingredients (1/2 tsp salt) in a small bowl.
- I used a zip top bag.
- Remove rib bone, if desired.
- Brush both sides of chicken with oil, cover with dry mix over both sides.
- Place on baking sheet.

- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or untl chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in center.
- Serve sprinked with add'l sea salt.
