Seafood Margiotta With Ziti Recipe

  1. Saute/fry garlic and onion in oil and butter till soft.
  2. Add in tomatoes, red wine, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley.
  3. Simmer to make fresh sauce.
  4. Add in green pepper, olives, artichoke hearts, capers and cocktail sauce.
  5. Add in seafood and simmer for 8 to 10 min.
  6. Toss with cooked ziti.
