Double Chocolate Crinkles Or Chocolate Clouds Recipe

• 4 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 Large eggs
• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon
• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
• 1 c. powdered sugar

1. Heat chocolate and butter together.
2. Stir in sugar; cold.
3. Beat till blended.
4. Add in vanilla.
5. Beat in Large eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well.
6. Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt; mix well.
7. Stir in chocolate chips.
8. Chill dough several hrs or possibly overnight.
9. To bake, break off small pcs of dough to create 1" balls.
10. Roll in powdered sugar.
11. Bake 2" apart on greased baking sheet.
12. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees.
13. Makes 70 cookies.
