Okra Sabzi

  1. Heat Oil in a Wok and add all the aromats.
  2. The Curry Leaves, Cumin, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste and Chillies.
  3. By now, your whole house would be smelling amazingly!
  4. After the onion starts to change color add the salt and then add the chopped okra.
  5. Now this is a strenuous job as you have to cook the okra till the stickiness of the okra is gone.
  6. This takes about 10 minutes and you need to stir it all the time.
  7. After the stickiness is gone add turmeric and tomato.
  8. Close the lid and keep it on lowest possible flame for 10 minutes.
  9. After its cooked, add chopped cilantro or coriander and serve.
